Return Policy

I want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please email me at studio@fionacalderdesigns.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order with your name, address, telephone and order number. I will then provide instructions on how and where to return your order for a refund.

Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.

Your item(s) must be in original condition and returned in the original packaging.

​

Goods must be unused, unmarked, undamaged and in a re-saleable condition. 

​

It is your responsibility to pay for the return postage unless the items are faulty or the order was filled incorrectly. Please keep proof of postage for any returned items. I can not consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one. I advise you to use tracked postage requiring a signature when returning items.

I will process your refund within 14 days of receipt.
 

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive faulty or damaged items please email me at studio@fionacalderdesigns.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your order with your name, address, telephone and order number, providing a clear description and digital photographs of the problem. I will then provide instructions on how to proceed.

Usually you will be asked to return the item for a refund or replacement, but please do not return an item without contacting me for instructions first.

I will refund the cost of posting a faulty or damaged item once the item is received.

​

If an item has been damaged during shipment, please email me within 3 days of receipt of goods with your name, address, telephone and order number. Please provide a clear description and digital photographs of the damaged items and packaging. These photos will be used for submitting an appropriate claim to the shipping carrier.

Claims of non-delivery must be made within 28 days of dispatch.
